** The apartment is at the ground floor, just next to the sea. One would expect the outdoor presence of insects. I am a healthcare professional that takes all sort of measures such as periodic pesticide application, mice traps, windows mosquito nets. However, being so close to nature carries the risk of unwanted guests.
** The next door apartment may use the terrace to get to the sea. That may impact your privacy.
** The flat is not on an isolated area. It is next to the central beach pavement that has a lot of people in the Summer months. It is also very close to a souvlaki restaurant, so one would expect moderate levels of noise. The apartment is equipped with double window doors, with thick curtains and external metal shutters to ensure a peaceful stay.
** It is not suitable for vegans or for people on diet. Yes, being close to a souvlaki restaurant, you should expect the smells of traditional Greek food... :)
